does anyone make those damn things for 03 cav?!!!!!!!!!!! if they do they are freaken hard to find

You will have to make them yourself, no one mass produces them. It's not hard just measure (a lot) and cut out of some sheet metal/tin.

I'm going to have to do this soon, mines got a crack in it and I have a feeling that it's not long for this world. I am worried about using the metal, unless I can make some sort of spring hinge to keep it from being torn to hell if something hits it.

Of course, if something hits it, it will have already torn off the front bumper, so I guess it's ok LOL

air diversion panel???? you mean like a front wind splitter??? or the black piece that sits between the bumper and radiator??
