ok I remember reading somewhere that the 2.3 pulley is lighter than the stock 2.4 pulley? if so, what years would I need to be looking for, and does it bolt right on up??

An H.O. pulley has the same snout as our 2.4 Does. It is a smaller diameter, and only weighs a little bit less than ours...well your 2.4 pulley. I believe it weighs in around 45 onces, our stock one weighs from 63-64 oz. Mine that I sell weighs in about 23-24 oz. depending on the scale. ~~shrugs~~ I will have anouther GP, for my pulleys, up before the end of the year...even if it kills me!

yea, they are lighter...... but also smaller in diameter, meaning a drop in boost from under driving the S/Cer.....

Yes it is lighter than a 2.4 pulley, and yes it will bolt up, but why would you want to lower your boost output by putting a smaller crank pulley on your car. It just doesn't make sence.

Your telling me that a underdriven crank pulley on a car that has a GM supercharger will not have any side affects.
Wouldn't the smaller pulley turn the blower pulley slower. Or AM I MISSING SOMETHING.

md-ld9's pullies are stock size , but alot lighter so no effects on a supercharged car
a 2.3 ho small crank pulley will not give you alot if any boost on the gm super charger
