if anybody can give me tips on what i should by for my cavy for more power and torque i would really appreciate it. right now i only have most of the bolt on mods but they seem like they are not helpin at all im about to go turbo if i cant get anything else outta it!!!!
hondas are like tampons.....every pu$$y needs one...
mildly built 99' ln2, eagle h-beam rods, wiseco forged alum. pistons, cusco oil catch, t3/t4 super 60 garret, tial 40 mm wastegate, hp tuners, prothane mount inserts, 2.5" exhaust.
Fuel mods with tuning. Or your best bet is turbo. Forced induction is the most efficient way to gain power in a car especially a small displacement motor.
some sort of boost is your best bet

right now it is a ecotec swap into a 98' cavy, we yanked out that junk 2.2 ohv i had that boosted 4 a while but it wasnt enough 4 me!! i finally got my swap done about 3 months ago and i have about $1500 left to play around with. the rotating assembly i want is way to expensive not including all the valvetrain and the tranny work that would have to be done 2 hold on to the power. but like i said its been swapped and all i have is a little bolt-on mods and custom dual 3" exhaust and im hoping that the remaining cash i have is enough to get the head PnP and my header.

if you only have $1500 left, get nitrous

yeah 1500 is in no way enough to get a strong build and then boost.
Hold onto the power? how much power are you expecting to make? Small goals man, small goals will get you there.
I've got the M45 charger on my car, with all its current mods. Not a bad setup, aside from the cams, my top and bottom end are both stock. I never had any plans for going farther than that personally, I wanted a fun car, and I got my fun car, it makes about 6 PSI on a cold day. which is getting more often lately down here.
It's all about your goals, if you wanna start throwing parts at your car without really understanding how they all work together to support each other, you're going to end up spending a lot of money for stuff that you wish would have gone into something else.
You say you have 1500 left? Nitrous would be your best bet for the numbers you want to make, it can be rather inexpensive and most setups I've seen are pretty solid. Although it's been proven that the build book isn't 100% accurate, take a look in there, the ECO build book will guide you along and give you insight and ideas, Also, There are tons of people on this site pushing 250+ on their ecos and on their 2.4's they'd be the guys to ask for advice. But do your research man.
And please, Sentences, Syntax, and proper punctuation. You're not going to get much help if you type something like "I R Looking 4 halp plox" We're all adults here, this isn't a cell phone or a pager, this is a public forum. Use words and sentences, and try to be as detailed as possible so we may better assist you in your parts selection.
yea sorry about that i just type real quick and i sometimes forget to type out the whole word

, but anyway thanks for the advice i was kinda leaning towards the nitrous but valvetrain and rotating assembly was more my goal to get more out of the motor before i go turbo but its gonna take a while to figure numbers.

Here is what you should do, i kick my self in the butt for not doing this. save your money. rather than saying you have $1500 left. look at it like i have $1500 toward my next step. you would be that much closer. it sucks cuz i want to spend the money too but i should save it for the bigger project.
