Just a question, do honda civics around 95 yr models have a higher speed limiter then our cavaliers?
Only reason i am asking because i was on the insterstate minding my own biz when a honda jump in front of me and punched it so i did the same and i keep having to get off the gas cuz i was going to run into him but then i hit the limiter and it seem he keep speeding up a little.
Just wondering.
Any mods want to answer his question?
Guess i am unclear, I reached my limiter before it seemed he did. So i am wondering if the hondas have a higher limiter then cavaliers.
yes...they have a higher limiter than you do...so do other GM cars.....i dont see why everyone is beeing jerks about it.....we cant talk about breaking the limiter but i never see a shortage about people telling others what its set at...
to break it involves a myriad of penalties -- odometer tampering, reckless driving/endangerment, etc...
unless your car can trap over 108, there's no need to disable it
Also there's only 2 reasons to disable it
1) your car is modded enough to trap over 108 legally (1/4 mile closed course) -- at this point you should know how to do it on your own, or be able to find out through various resources. To ask is not necessary
2) illegal racing
yes they do i have heard ppl loseing to races because the civics and what not have a higher top speed
