Part Numbers for a rebuild

Whats up guys,

Im preparing to do a performance N/A rebuild on my ecotec and im in need of some verrification on part numbers.

From what I can tell:

Main bearings: 12591092

Rod bearings: 21018825

Gasket set: 12992309 (complete)

Now the gasket set seems a little overkill to me. Gm says that the complete set is the best way to go because if you buy the gaskets for a rebuild individually, it will be more expensive. The gasket set though is 352$ which is a little expensive.

Does anyone know part #s for basicly rebuilding a short block?? Do I have to buy a complete gasket set??

And how about the main and rod bearings? Are those accurate?

The main bearing in the gm build book is listed as: 21018819 Whats the difference??
