problems loosing power

ok here it is
i was drive my car all over yesterday and it ran like a champ
and now today it dont even have half the power it did yester day
i do not knwo what is wrong. the tranny was flushed a couple weeks ago
oil changed last month
new plugs last month ac delco ones
and it been running fine all this time now it just giving up on me

my car is a 2000 wit the eco swap in it
its an auto
has around 48000 miles on it

some one please help me
all help is appreciated thanks

so i went out and started it to go to the store it does fine
then get down the street it start liking moving like a turtle again
and now it started shifting really hard
and the engine check light just came on

have you checked the trany fluid?

check your sparkplugs to see if thier fouled and also swapp your dis box the plate that connectes your spark pluggs!!!! and compare it with another one and goe from there!!

tranny fluid is fine

spark plugs just checked fine

and the coil packs are fine cause it any miss firing at all

did you read the code? they're there for a reason... it gives you a good starting point to look for whats wrong

code it thru was PO113

intake air temp sensor

that just got fixed



but my tranny for some reason is actiing up real bad today
i have an auto

when u put it reverse or drive the whole car jerks real bad

and the same thing when i am drive it does it to
and when i sit there and go thru the gears the motor shakes real hard

unplug the converter plug on the trans and see if that helps

i am not to good around the eco motor yet

to make sure thats the right plug..... is it the one right in front of the tranny by the rad fan.

ok today it running fine
i took my b&m shift plus out today
to maybe thing it was messign something up

ans its not sill doing it
