Gotta head question, sorry its prolly been discussed but i can't find it.

Well heres the thing. I need to replace my head gasket cause it blew pretty badly. just an external oil leak though. I am thinking about just buying a new head like maybe a 086 head. i don't really wanna fuss with the cams though. Will i be able to run that head on my car without major or additional mods while still keeping my stock cams and @!#$.
If your wondering i have a 95 z24 2.3 Quad 4 automatic.

If it will fit on an LD9, then it will fit on the LD2.

Yes, the heads are interchangeable.
If you can find an H/O head though, why not just take the whole motor? It's easier to pull the motor to change the head anyway because of the timing assembly.

cause i just want to change the head and i am wondering which heads will fit without any work cause mine is warped to @!#$ and i don't really plan on putting that much money into this car
