I know 2 people who will be offering them really soon now... in fact I'm the guinea pig for one of them.

Until they release, the con-artists and rapists at RSM are your only option.

MRZ may be able to do it too.

www.mrzperformance.com I think is the site.

I have heard good things about Reveco

I believe PJ said he was going to experiment with an LS1 TB (from a Camaro/Trans Am), which I believe is 75mm stock.

is it possible to just bore the stock one out? also has anyone done this or is it kinda pointless to try?

That is essentially what all of these companies do. People have taken their stock TB to a machine shop, had it bored out and installed a wider throttle plate...Some of those people have also had problems with the throttle plate not sealing correctly, so I personally would go through a reputable company such as MRZ, Reveco, etc. where they have done it plenty of times so that the margin of error is minimal.
