i've been searching and cant find an answer, plus their site won't pull up. has anyone had any cel's with this header on the ecotec, i'm leaning towards getting it and the magnaflow 94035 with 2.25 custom exhaust
Not sure if this will reassure you cause I have the 2.4 but I have that header on my car and a full 2.5" exhaust with a magnaflow 2.5" in/out cat and no cel's.
it doesn't say the header specifically is "off-road only", but that some items may be. we have emissions testing in NC now but i believe all they do is check for codes. thanx for the replies so far
As long as you have all your O2 sensors and a Catalytic Converter in your car it will most likely pass emissions. Now passing emissions and being Carb certified is 2 different things.
well as long as it doesn't throw codes i'll be fine then... does the setup spund good? i've also got an aem intake on the way
pacesetter is the only header that is CARB legal , that i know
if NC follows cali emission then you have to have a CARB certified part , if they do not follow cali emissions then youll be ok
