this is my ecotec tboddie next to the stocker, in the 2nd photo new one on left ,in 3rd photo new one on right its bored and the other one is oem an then the butterfly this cant get any better pics! hope it helps.

would you guys think that 62mm and 65mm tb would work on 2200,2.2 ecotec, 2.4?

Well i dont think you would need a 65mm on a 2.4, since thats 13mm over stock size; it would be better for boosted applications though. There already is 62mm for the 2.4 and ecotec, not sure about the 2200.

What material are you gonna be using to make these. Billet aluminum would be reeeeeaaally nice

ok on the 2.4 would a 56mm would work? and also I dont see any pictures of 2.4tb yet or the 2200.

56 would be fine for a 2.4,but the biggest on the market is 62mm I beleive. If I were you I would do bigger than 56 though; they are very common since thats the size of the 2.3 tb which many use on the 2.4
