would you guys think that 62mm and 65mm tb would work on 2200,2.2 ecotec, 2.4?

Well i dont think you would need a 65mm on a 2.4, since thats 13mm over stock size; it would be better for boosted applications though. There already is 62mm for the 2.4 and ecotec, not sure about the 2200.
What material are you gonna be using to make these. Billet aluminum would be reeeeeaaally nice
none like that available for the 2200
ok on the 2.4 would a 56mm would work? and also I dont see any pictures of 2.4tb yet or the 2200.

if it fits the 2.4L it'll fit the 2200
same tb

does anybody got pictures of the 2.4 and 2200 tb?

56 would be fine for a 2.4,but the biggest on the market is 62mm I beleive. If I were you I would do bigger than 56 though; they are very common since thats the size of the 2.3 tb which many use on the 2.4
does anybody got the measurements on the 2.4 and 2200 tb?

Stock 2.4L TB is 52mm

"Youth in Asia"...I don't see anything wrong with that.
I am talking about the whole measurements like the overall length and height , sizes of the bolt holes, by the linkage,
