yea its 2.4 but i thought there was a slight difference in 2.4 from 99 to 2002 .. i could be wrong ...
Better check with the guy selling it. 95 was a 2.3L Quad 4, different than the 96-98 2.4L Twin Cam and slightly different than the 99-02 2.4L Twin Cam rev. 2. None of them have lash adjusters.
