2200 rocker install question asap

Im in the process of installing a new head on my 1998 cavalier right now im working on getting the valve cover to fit
My question is can i have the bolt that connects the rocker to the stud touching the valve cover at all or will it mess it up because its almost a perfict fit besides that help asap

WOW can i say D*ck Head !! give the guy a break you know how it is when you need to get something done and don't have the answer its frustrating!!

I've been there. You know what I did? I realized I should have done my research before starting such a project, and I WAITED for someone to see my post...

yes it will mess it up. grind out the valve cover for the clearence that you need at the baffles in it.
