ok, so im gonna be picking up a used head for my ECO pretty soon. im looking to strip it down to a bare head and build it up with some nice goodies.
now...my car is currently stock, aside from the B&M shiftplus i just bought yesterday.
im looking to stay streatable but still make some decent power.
im looking for some suggestions as far as what cams, valves, springs and other stuff to go with. im also wondering what you guys would suggest as far as machine work to the actual head itself, aside from the obvious Port and Polish job.
also, what kind of power would be expected from a stock motor with a nice head on it?

I could answer you for the LD9, but I'm not sure that a lot of really knowledgeable people have experience with Eco's.

I'm sure someone will know what options are available for you though.. Just give the thread an extra day or so.. Saturday's also seem somewhat slow so that could be part of the reason why you don't have an answer yet.
