..............wow . Can't wait to see it done!

Just a thought...If your throttle body is 78mm (roughly 3") why not run 2.5" from the turbo to the intercooler, then 3" from the intercooler to the throttle body. Guess it doesn't really matter. Just my .02

You better put up some time sheets when it's all ready to go and brought it to the track or dyno.

I asked because he have nada in his profile!!! And the only thing I see in his sig is only header and exhaust!!!

I wish you luck in your project, but I would aim for the 300 first!! 500 is A LOT!!!

Ive been working with Dale on parts of his project over the past couple months. I don't think hes going to have a problem hitting the 500hp mark. To tell ya the truth im kinda pissed because i think hes going to get there before me.

Thanks everyone for the kind words and encouragment and Atomic is THE MAN he made my header/downpipe and he's modding the oilpan. Right now my engine is at the machine shop and should be disassembled this weekend. I have most of the hard parts as a matter of fact I just ordered my new 35mm lifters, PIT ebc, and Magnaflow oval muffler # 14835 which has the 3" in and 4" out. Anyway I already have everything except the turbo, intercooler & piping, wastegate, blow off valve, injectors and fuel rail I'm waiting for the engine to get done because my engine builder is going to port and flow my head on his Mondello wetflow bench then he wants to try to order custom cams ( if we can get cores) based on the airflow of the head ( the W41s will be sold if that happens) and I also want to get his input on the turbo trim etc. I've already paid him for the work based on the estimate he gave me so that's out of the way. I also have to contact extrudehone to get a price for doing the HO intake and I'm trooling ebay for a good deal on a ported stock LS1 tb. My engine builder says 60 days from now the engine will be ready but we all know how that can go, anyway as for my hp/tq goals I'm basing my goals off of expirence and some of the turbo 2.4s already in action.

Spyhunter is an excellent example he's making 432hp/424tq to the wheels at 15-16# of boost and his buildup is very similar to mine except for the head/cams/exhaust manifold, so I figure with a ported 086 head, extrude honed HO intake, an equal length turbo header, bigger cams and a bigger turbo (I'm not sure which one he's running) I should easily be able to make it to 500+ whp/wtq, but once it's done and tuned I'll post dyno & track results.

Also DaGhost I wasn't trying to be smart or anything when I answered you and I understand why you asked, but the reason I don't put all of my info in my sig is because I've had 2 bad expirences in the past where I've listed everything done to my car and bam someone who reads the message forums comes and steals the car because he knows what you have in it. I will never do it again.
