So as I was looking at the logs on my HPT I seen all I would ever hit on TPS percentage was 83%, I thought it was wierd so I reconneted the scanner in my driveway and turned the key (motor off) and sure enough all I was getting was 83%... I took the Sensor off the TB and turned the key in the sensor to emulate TPS and it went to 100% but when I put it on the car it would only give me 83%.
Is my sensor bad?

The readings from the ECO TPS are WEIRD. If you look at it with a Tech 2 it goes 0%-100%. If you look at it with any other software it goes 10%-85% roughly.

But I have another 05 eco powered cavalier and the TPS reading on that DOES go to 100% so it cant be the software right?
