ok so i took a good hard look into the engine bay, trying to figure out a spot to mount the msd dis 2.(without moving the battery)....post up pics location suggestions whatever you have, anything would help! thanks
Mount the box inside under the dash. That's where I have mine. Protected from the elements and easy to get at to change the settings. The harness is WAY long enough to reach into the engine bay from there too.

ive also seen them on the firewall, but as stated above....wont protect you from the elements (even though it should be able to withstand that), and you would have to adjust it outside the car.
Slight thread jack without searching I don't need the technical aspects but what does the DIS2 do or make it special I have been seeing it lately and am Curious.

a bit off topic, but for people with the dis 2, do you wire it into the stock coils in anyway.. are there any check engine lights as a resolt of using the dis 2???
