thicker rod bearings?

so, i spun my 3rd rod bearing sometime last year, and i replaced the rod bearings...i just recently went to the track, and raced, and spun the 3rd rod bearing again. when i took it out it, it was probably half the thickness that it should have been. so i replaced it. i got the car back together, and a few days later it started ticking again, so i check the rod bearings again. i drove the car for 8 days and the 3rd rod bearing was already gettin eaten up.........i got out my calipers and measured the cranks diameter where each rod bearing goes.....1, 2, and 4 were all the same...and 3 was .006-.008 smaller than 1,2, and 4.......so i dont know what to do now. i was wondering if there are any thicker rod bearings that i could use on 3 so it fits like it should. if theres not then i am gonna have to pull the engine and replace the crank, which i dont really wanna do
if u can help me out, let me know

get your crank machined and oversized bearings....clevite and federal mogul makes them, and should be avaiable from the machine shop....and use some plasti-gage to measure your oil clearance!

yes all the above + vat the block, completely clean all oil passages. i believe someone makes a high volume/pressure oil pump, which id reccomend. if youve had this happen that many times, and in that short a time...id suspect the pump of being a big part of the problem.

another thing id do if i had a 2.4tc...get it dynoed...if your power starts falling off before 5500rpm, then shift it before then (if yours is stick), cause thats the area that the stock oil pump starts losing efficiency very quickly, and why turn the rpm if your not making worthwhile power there...
