Well, with the new charge pipe routing, I am getting rid of my a/c delete pully all together, and I need the part number for the 2.4 belt without A/C. Thanks guys.
There is no 2.4 without A/C. You NEED to have either the compressor, or the bypass pulley, no exceptions.
Take a measuring tape and wrap it around all of the pulleys that the belt would go around minus the AC. Then take that measurement to an auto parts store and compare it to other belts (as SHOoff said, there is no 2.4 w/out AC). And I figure you'd know this, but jic: make sure the new belt has the same number of ribs.

Not so. I have seen it done, just do not know the belt number.

...i'm not intierly sure that belt comment is correct. i went to pick up a new belt today and the guy at part source asked me if i had ac or not. although, is it engine specific cuz i'm still running my 2.2, haven't swapped my TC in there yet.
Usually it will be engine specific, I'd tell you my belt number but its probably worn off by now.

Biggsz24, PM me with an offer.
what size is the "345k5"? I'm a cheapskate, and o'rielly's is cheaper than the GM store (dealership).
LD9 F23 FTW!!
I hard a VERY hard time getting the 345K5 on my LD9....I would try a 350K5.

See that is what I was just discussing with zyaaa,when I tried the 350k5 it seemed too loose so I went with the 345 and it is just a bit too snug and the way I had to route it isn't right.The tensioner is down on the rib side of the belt,which is not the way it's supposed to be.

Anybody know the size? (like, inches or whatever)

here's how to read a "345k5" type belt number.
345=34.5 inches k5=5ribs on a serpentine belt.
so if you had something larger, like say, a 975k10, you'd be looking at a 975 inch belt (thats how longit would be if it was one long strip instead of a loop) with 10 ribs. thats a rather big belt.

I see... yes, that would be a huge belt. thanks for the info.
