Break in tips

So i just finished my 2.4L build... this is what was done
Engine Mods
Weisco 10.5:1 Pistons
Weisco Piston Rings
Block Bored .020 over
Clevite 77 Main Bearings
Clevite 77 Rod Bearings
Polished Crank
Block Resurfaced
Ported and Polished Head
Valve Job
New Valve seals
Secret Cam Swap
Head Resurfaced
56 mm Throttle Body
2.3L H.O Intake Manifold (Ported and polished to match flange)
Chris Fontana adapter flange
OBX Header
New Timing chain
New Oil Pump
New Water Pump
All new Gaskets
B&M Shift kit
Computer Tuned By “shifted”
Blocked EGR Code
Removed Top Speed Limiter
my book says to baby it for 500 miles then change the oil and continue to baby it for the next 1500 miles, do you guys agree?

dont *baby* it, because then the rings wont seat properly.

but also dont beat on it. drive it like you needed to get somewhere in no particular hurry.

I would change the oil just a little eariler to, because you dont want metal shaving getting everywhere. And do what rich said above, also dont beat on it.

ok another question my engine started to sputter and had a hard time starting... when this started to happen it kicked a few codes being the crankshaft, and camshaft position censors and also the map censor. so i changed the spark plugs and now it hasn't sputtered yet, but still has trouble starting. Any idea why its doing this???

whats your ign. timing set at?
what size of injectors are you using?
you increased the ammount of air.. so........
what gap are you using 4 what plugs?
whats your fuel pressure at?
stock starter? same old battery?
