YES you can add a stroker kit....
there was a company who had a stroker kit about 4-5 years ago....
people here are EXTREMELY cheap when it comes to parts, so no sales = stop making parts... if theres a market for it, you can damn well believe someone will make parts... it creates cash flow.

From what I remember, those were rewelded OEM cranks, not exactly reliable, I know I would never run one. You could also have the rod journals offset ground, and run undersized bearings, which is a little more reliable as long as you're not making big power, but I still wouldn't run it.
If you REALLY want a stroker, Crower does custom billets for ~$2500.
