I see no reason as to why this wouldnt work in any 95-05 J, its nice because its the coil packs the ignition box all in one unit no more screwing around with those MSD Adapter blocks, just the ignition boxes are usually 300 so I would expect a higher price than that however I cant find it on summit or jegs I dont think its out just yet

AEM now makes a water injection kit, and thats a pretty nice price for the features it has a progressive controller and also tank sensors for checking water levels
