I bought a set of these Diamond Racing Pistons for my Ecotec 2.2L, but i dont know if they are forged pistons where they could take the abuse and tough...

I know that they are 8.9:1 compression ratio..

I'm running Diamond pistons on Wiseco H-Beam rods. Not sure of what other "choices" they have, but mine are forged and built (custom) to handle 22psi+

You guys call it the Diamond Pistons, are you refering the same company? Diamond Racing Pistons??? http://www.diamondracing.net???

I dont know if they are FORGED or not... If they arent, like if they are just cast with a lower compression, im gonna get rid of them...

They are forged pistons, about the same quality as wiseco.

Also Agent Omega Wiseco does not make rods, you mean Eagle I am sure...

I have DR pistons in my 02 Z. I am very happy with the way the handle customers (hence my 3rd set, there were a few miscommunications). You should be very pleased with them as long as you get the correct rings and pins/retainers.

I only have to drive a short distance to get mine when I order them. I love dealing with local companies.
