Hey i have a 1996 z24 with the 2.4 engine and i also have a 1995 quad 4 engine in a blown engine cavalier do u think i can use the intake on my 95 2.3 quad 4 engine i think it will work better or is it not possible.Wanna know before bringing them apart.

Chris Fontana used to sell an adapter flange made of a phenolic material that would match the ports on the LD9 (2.4L) head to the ports on the runners of the Quad 4 (2.3L) manifolds. I think he stopped making them a little while ago though. You might be able to PM him and find out.

Actaully, i have been bugging him about it. (Well, he saw my post in the WTB adapter flange for 2.3 HO:2.4LD9), and he said there should be a new batch of them made in a few weeks. and that was a few weeks ago, so maybe he has them? he said he would get back to me.
