I have found myself a saab 2.0 intake manifold ad i know that it has to be modded. Now do we have to drill ad tap the third hole? i know on my 2.2 with the 2.3 tb only 3 bolts worked. Either way does anyone have pics of where theirhole was drilled..mine would have to be drilled half on te tb mounting flange and half off...is this normal? Also anyone have the size of bolt that we are using so i can tap te hole? phil
you have to drill and tap the top left side bolt. it has to be moved back around 1/8". that is all that is needed.

^^ i did that and it still doesnt line up on the mounting flange. Should i make the other holes oblong to make it work? or just weld a but where i need to and drill and tap that?
you need to put the other three on there loosly and lower it as low as it can go, then mark and drill your spot. It's close but there is room for it.
