what mandrel bends are needed

alright, i was looking at getting the walker queit flow (thanks to mr goodwrench for the part number in his posts). i want to go 2.25" from the cat back. im having a hard time finding the pipe, but i have seen some universal bends and stuff on dynomax's website and can order them locally here or can order them off of ebay.

my question is: what degree and how many bends do i need?

i read from some searching that i should get 4x 90* bends and have them cut to fit and add some straight pipe pieces (actually, that was also mr goodwrench's posting). anyways, let me know what i need please.

here is a pic off of the walker website...

its for a 2.4L in a 97 cavalier.

thanks, rob.

If you don't have access for a mandrel bending machine, then go with 4-90* bend pipes. Your exhaust shop will cut to fit it. I got all my SS straight exhaust pipes on ebay from here Item number: 130160734521. I can't remember where on ebay I got my bends at. But you'll find some good prices there.
Good luck.

thanks for the info mr good.

im going to check the prices on the piping at a local place here where i get alot of my parts from. they can order me just about anything and save me on the shipping from the US to canada. i found it its going to cost me like $35 USD to get the bends from the US off of ebay, and about $37 USD for the actual product. going to see if i can get them cheaper from my source. i can get the straight from them too.

again, thanks for the info.

rob.
