Hello friends i wanted to know if it is possible to use a cams HO / W41 with my LD9 engine?? thanks.
Yes, but I wouldn't suggest it unless you intend to upgrade your oil pump first. Plus, there is more to installing HO cams than just putting them in there. Use the nifty search feature at the top right of the home page (and the main pages of each forum) and you will find a plethora of useful information regarding the question you posed in this thread.

Ok guys but i didn`t the correct question i don`t know why i wrote "cams" my intention its use the complete head of the HO/W41 in my LD9 engine, thanks
Are you wanting to swap JUST the head or BOTH the head and cams?
The head requires that you drill out and open up a few water passages.
With a quad 4 head, you need valve reliefs on the intake side of your pistons or possibly a good dish to clear the HO or W41 intake cam.
You also have to either run the belt driven power steering or have the HO intake cam modified to use the 2.4L power steering if you chose to use the intake cam.
For more information regarding swapping the head...

My intention at the beginning is of using the complete head of the 2.3 and clear this to maintain the power steering use the admission cam of the HO, does to make this require of many modifications?? and does all increase of power I can obtain?? thanks.
