changing headers

when im about to change the headers do i have to take anything out of the car to do that and how do i change them and one other thing or aem cai any good?

I take it you are referring to the exhaust header.. before you get knocked on a car only has one header not headers..

Also the aem cai should be a good set up. most intakes are the same they're just a tube anyways. I myself have an SRI, but a CAI allows for colder temps. I perfer an SRI and my brother is actually thinking about going to an SRI as well.

i just installed my aem cai and it sounds better in high rpms and clocked about 5 mph faster on average between this one light and this other light i like
i think thats at least an upgrade on the all-original butt dyno. LOL as for the header. should be pretty easy. you might have to weld the down pipe to the original pipe. idk. i have a dif. motor. should be just as simple though.

those are good mods to start with. go for it.
