so i just found out that my car has 2 O2 sensors when wiring an air to fuel gauge would i wire it to the one be for the cat or after?....or both??

If you buy a wideband it will have instructions on exactly where to mount it. Also you will weld in another bung for the wideband so you are not tapping off your wires for the stock 02 sensor.
