Has anybody try to put the 5.3L out of the grand prix gxp into the front of a sunfire? i want to do it but i dont think it will fit

Plan on cutting up your frame rails and fabricating lots of frame parts. It ain't gonna fit easy. I'd love to see it done, but that's a big ass engine, and you're going to need to put the tranny in as well.

Your better off finding the Grand Prix GTP s/c'd 3800, and going from there. Tried and true swap..... unless time and money are no issue.

yeah i was thinkin i had to do a lot of cuttin and stuff. can you take a supercharger off a 3800 and put it on a 3400?

Can you fabricate? You can put any supercharger on any engine if you can fabricate, I ran an M90 from a grandprix on my 2.4 last year.
