I have a 2.2L Auto 97 Cavalier. Just took my alternator off, and i need a diagram that shows the belt routing because i took my sticker off the car, and i dont have an owners manual or anything. just wondering if anyone has one they could post on here, or direct me to a picture somewhere on the web. Thanks alot!
Get a Chilton's or a Hayes service manual at your local parts store. And if you get hold of a Mitchell, I'm going to be so jealous of you.
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
I have mitchell on demand on my computer.
Give me your email address, I can get you a screen shot emailed to you.
You WHAT?! Shoot... the only time I ever saw that was back in college during my service training, and that was only found in the shop lab. Congrats! I am now officially jealous of you.
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
Jake, I sent you an email to the address in the profile for you. I included both belt routings (w/ or w/o AC). I saved it into word 97 format, so your computer should open it.
The software is pretty handy, I have the repair & estimator version, and can look up any belt routings, wiring diagrams, torque/fluid specs for anything made from 1974 to 2006....it is nice to have...
