Yeah...stupid question from me!!
What is the part # or size needed for a cone style air filter to fit on the AEM CAI?
The one I have is about 5 years old and I want a new filter since I've cleaned this one many times and just feel like getting a new one.
Sorry for such a lame question but it's hard to find parts online since I can't just drive to the nearest parts store and pick something up. Ordering online sucks and paying shipping and all...I want to make sure I get the right filter that fits!
Thanks!
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
Oh yeah...one more thing...good website to order from!
Thanks!

Can't you just go and measure the size of your intake with a tape measure.
Then buy one thats fits at your local auto parts store.
Rememeber kids... spell check is your friend
should be 2 3/4" inside diameter where the tube goes , 5" outter and tapered
ebay , aem , get the new dry filter

And to the other poster....I live in Germany and online is the only place to get things like this...parts stores for aftermarket here are either non-existant or I pay 3X the cost!
I wanted to know the exact part and number so I can order on line....usually I don't get the option to return stuff since I'm overseas. Also...I could have measured this myself but didn't feel like taking the tire off, the fender liner and then the filter...figured it was an easy answer here...

I already ordered one from ebay....thanks though.
Bad thing is the dollar is terrible against the euro right now to buy from German online stores! Plus they charge an arm and a leg for shipping!
There is a speed shop here for a few things but ebay is about half the cost...if not less!
