Engine build advice

I Have a 98 cav 2.2ohv They can handle 7 psi stock?I've got everything done to it pretty well bolt on exterior, interior, sound,And I can get a turbo off a friend fairly good price.I'd just have to get a manifold and intercooler.jus debating what to do with engine eco is to much of a headache of a swap in my opinion for me and money,2200 dosent seem to bad and I have a free spare engine,But the 2.4 DOHC Seems like it would be a good but are the quads not that reliable compared to the 2200?Just would like some advice what I should do 2.4 isnt to bad of a swap from what I've read on here ,Or should I just build that spare engine and turbo the one I have now with low boost until spare is built then drop in and turbo?

Goto turbos10.com (this is not a link!) and ask them. They've done alot of work with turbocharging the LN2 (2.2L/2200) so they would know better than anyone I could think of recomending.

Go beyond the "bolt-on".

as long as you can cool the intake charge and keep enough fuel in it (read b able to tune it ) you should b fine

the stock bottom end has been proven to b fairly strong given proper tuning
