how much hp am i looking at and how hard would this swap actually be if someone has pictures of thier setup it would be greatly appreciated.

Also...... "2.3 HO intake secret cam swap" doesn't make any sense......... secret cams arn't out of a HO and why would you just replace the intake cam.
Secret cams are out of the regular 2.3 LO engine (the intake and exaust cams being from different engine years)....
Just swapping to secret cams should give you about 6whp, and a faster reving car.... as far as acceleration.... idk... shouldn't be any more than 2/10ths in the quarter though. (all on a stock tune btw)
The 56mm TB prob won't do much of anything N/A with the stock mani.

yeah people say alot of things. you'd be lucky to make 2 hp with the bigger throttle body with that setup. It's still only JUST shy of being a stock motor. don't do anything with the TB unless you're doing internals otherwise it's pretty much a waste.
now with
high comp pistons, LO/HO mani, port match/ polish, and secret cams; the 56mm TB would show much more useful and result in greater power gains.
so what will LO port matched mani and 56mm Tb do?

Although it will sound cool.... you won't see much if anything in a performance gain..... I still have a hard time believing that anything larger than the stock TB on a N/A car will add power.... you'll be sucking the same amount of air... just through a bigger opening.
Swap the thing.... dyno it before and after and let us know.....

Well it's "header" since you only have one but I have the HO mani and t.b. and It for sure sounds cool but I did notice a difference in the top end,at least my butt dyno did.

^^^ X2. Got the HO mani also with stock TB and no power gain. Thinking bout pullin' it and going back to stock, but I will miss the sound lol... Looks cool sittin in the engine bay too.

Just adding more flow in with nothing to support it won't help
Bigger TBs and Manifolds help with Boost setups best

^^^^^^ no problem...... there are a lot of cars in my town with nothing done to them but a "coffie can" muffler... so I know what your saying.....
People like to call them "beaner" mufflers around hear for some reason...
