are the RK sport transmission and motor mounts worth the investment?
based on looking on jbody, ive seen and heard a lot of good things about them...search for it
if you pull the whole trans off and ship em to me I'll send you complete trans mounts with the RKS/prothane bushings in them already. No charge, you just cover shipping.
The moter mounts are for sure worth it. The trans ones do not seem near as important as the engine ones and are much harder to install.

i love my mounts!!
the tranny mounts seemed to improve shifter feel and decrease wheel hop.
I got my RKsport upper installed, the lower is waiting install and so are my TTR tranny. I def noticed an increase in its peppyness with just the upper installed. I cant wait to get the others installed. And yes i do get vibrations, but only below 2,000rpms while driving.
ok that helps thanks but what are talking about with vibrations?
They are a stiffer material than the factory rubber and don't absorb as much of the engine vibrations. I hear that the TurboTechRacing engine mounts aren't suppose vibrate as much as the RKsport. Like i said before as long as i stay above 2,000rpms, i don't notice any vibrations.
I have the RK sport upper and lower motor and TTR tranny mounts and I love the way they feel, def a good investment. I really dont feel all that many vibrations but I like the little vibrations that they do give off.

o ok i understand now so the vibrations arn't bad, thats whats i was getting at by my vibrations comment
I just bought a set of tranny mounts..... Any idea how much its gonna cost me to get them installed?
