does swapping to a larger diameter throttle body ad horse power and torque or does it just improve throttle response thinking of getting a stock one i have laying around and getting it ported out th 60mm or so

Don't bother unless you have forced induction. You will end up sacrificing low end torque for a few HP up top. If you had ported head, some N/A cams, then you could possibly benefit from it. IMO the money is definitely better spent elsewhere, considering it won't actually give you a beneficial gain.

i do not have forced induction YET but will be adding nitrous this summer 35 to 75 shot i already have the dis 2

If you have the resources Id just do it for the fun of it. May be a help later on down the road. I just don't think its worth dropping 150-300 dollars on for some of the ones that are out there with essentially stock motor.
