Ok so i went to my local junk yard today and found some interesting stuff. I found a quad 4 that was in a pontiac or something in that nature and it had a H.O manifold on it, so my question is does it have the high output cams? Also i saw a manifold today on another quad 4 that had 4 individual runners, does anyone know if it is any good?

then it probaly aint a HO intake manifold then.

and someone was asking about that intake you posted a pic of about a year ago. someone said it flows really bad
