Ok, I just put the header on my car, the RK sport one, and I DID put the ANTI-Fouler on the rear 02 but I guess this code is something else. Does anyone know what this codes mean? Does it mean the sensor is just shot? Also I did put a heated 02 upfont on the primary and branched off the rear 02. PLease let me know if you can help.

ok po141 is an emmissions code you need that second o2 sens

I put a pacesetter header and i get PO133 all the time! Any ideas? I clear it and it will be good for a few hundred miles then comes back!?

I pulled them front the CEL sticky.
PO141 is saying your second O2 sensor (after the cat) heater is nto working properly. This could be because of you hooking the heated O2 sensor off the rear. I have done the same as you with no issues. Sounds like iot could be a bad sensor (rear sensor).
P0133 is saying the primary sensor is resonded slow. This could be that the sensor just needs replace. I would recommend putting in a heated O2 sensor (which requires some wiring) and it should fix this.

So are you running with no cat? I'm assuming you are because you set-up the anti-fouler.
I am running a cat, I replaced my o2 right after I did my header with a autozone o2 and it ran worse like cut out when it was cold and such! So I got a AC Delco from the dealer yet I still have problems just not as bad.
with a header u NEED a heated 02 I had the same problems.
I think the one I got from autozone was heated. But how do you hook it up to heat?
