Well, I have basically purchased a 2000 ECU, IT has a supercharger Reflash, I was just curious to what will have to be done in-order to use it in my vehicle ? (I have a 2k z24 as well), will it be plug and play, will I need to do any relearns ? ect ect ?

If you live in an OBD 2 emissions area, you will have to reprogram your vin to match your car.

I dunno what John Benham there is talking about... but you'll need some sort of boost first... If you have the GM S/C already.... then all you need to do is a Passlock relearn, which you can find in the FAQ.

What I mean is if you replace the computer in your car with a computer from another car (one that happens to be reflashed, or any other computer)...you will have to reprogram the vin to match YOUR vehicle, otherwise when they scan it on the emissions machine, it will come up as a different vin than registered, and fail emmissions. Yes you will also have to do the passlock.

Ok, now I know what you're talking about... but they don't check the VIN in the computer around BC... so it doesn't affect all places. Check your state for application....
