STOCK All putting on a different exhaust is going to do is make it sound annoying!

budget exhaust:

stainless header - ebay - $100
thunderbolt spun cat, 2.25 inch - $40
thrush glasspack, at least 24" overall - $25
cat back piping - jegs 2.25 stainless kit - $180
muffler of your choice - $30-$125

boom, cheapest way to go pretty much, with an otherwise stock exhaust, the 2.5 from CTI is a little too big. there is no worthwhile cheap exhaust. it'll either sound like ass or rust very quickly or both. personally, i got the pacesetter ceramic header, thunderbolt cat, resonator, and made my own stainess catback, all parts totalled out to rougly $500.

A 2" Walker Dynomax Turbo is a good start. That's what I put on my 2.2L-pwrd truck.

Go beyond the "bolt-on".
