A decent tune on a completely stock ld9 should get you close to 140mph (wind resistance is a bitch)
I beg to differ with you on that 140 with a stock LD9. It takes a lot more than stock power to reach those speeds.
according to your registry, you pretty much have intake and exhaust covered. you could look into a set of cams, porting your head, etc to get a little more top end power out of your car or you could just shell out the cash and pick up the GM S/C kit and call it a day. It all comes down to how much you want to spend and what your personal goals are for the car.

any mod you do to a 4 banger is gonna push your powerband higher.. its the nature of the beast. twin cam, 16V 4bangers are made for upper midrange and top end power
garrett, I wouldn't imagine I'm hard to find.. especially on youtube. 13s all motor are absolutely doable both eco and 2.4 i just dropped the ball with my cam selection and couldn't drive the car there. btw 99redz24 is only trying to help you out. we don't like to answer the same questions from here to eternity, a quick search would have brought my name up real fast.
there's lots of good information on these boards that I've posted about how to get into the 13s n/a Ben wenzel is the other guy to look to for advice, as well as Karo.

well if it's stock as can get, then you hit the governor, thus preventing you from going any faster, regardless of what gear you are in....

Stock motor or fully built engine.... your not going to get past 108pmh withought retuning the limiters.... I thought everyone woulda understood what I meant.... oh well..

No, I did not understand what you meant; I thought you were referring to the motor's capabilities (as it is capable of pushing the car go past 108 stock), not the setup's capabilities. And I want to note that the speed limiter is at 110mph stock.
