Well, basically, you get what you pay for. I dont know of anyone how has gotten the really cheap (this one) headers from ebay, but I would be willing to say for 30 bucks, you're going to get garbage. As far as the legality of it, I have no idea. Some places are more strict then others. You should be fine, but asking people in your area is your best bet. If you did get this header, it may or may not fit. Even if it fits, it may leak badly due to poor design of the ball/cup joint, or the exhaust flange may be warped. Even if it fits well, and doesn't leak, it may start to crack and/or fall apart after a few weeks/months. For 30 dollars, you can't expect the material used to be too good, or the welds to be very high quality. Then, there is the very VERY small chance you get it and it works fine. Its your money, its your choice. But I'm sure I'm not alone when I say, save for a better header.

I personally like that statement from that Eco header auction.

Also im not sure but i think that $30 would not even cover the materials to build those LN2 headers. For $30 i would be surprised if they send you papertowel tubes held together with bubble gum and spray painted.

the eco header has a down pipe that bolts right up. i wish the obx had one that bolted right up..

I heard nightmare stories about OBX, and the second looks like it's from the same manufacturer. However, I like the length of the primaries. They look quite a bit longer than what I've seen Pacesetter use... Must produce quite a bit of low-end torque. Shame they didn't list what their length is, or the diameter.

Go beyond the "bolt-on".
