its a universal magnaflow muffler so No it does not come with hangers so u can apply to custom apps. if ur doing it urself then just weld a hanger to it if a shops doing it then they should know it needs a hanger to support it given the old one did and they sit in the same spot. either way the pipe if urs is stock will need to be stepped up in diameter.
