use the stock gasket , contact caspers about a o2 sensor extension that plugs in

the headers are identical for all years , just the extension is different

I think the exhaust ports are slightly off, and the primanries would be blocking off some of the port....

yup just like John Benham put it, you are going to have issues with the primaries blocking your flow if you bold it up and use, this has been discussed a couple posts down on this page.

the port on the header is larger than both year ranges of the ohv motor , and doesnt cover any of the stock ports

care to paste the link ? ive searched around and cant really see this thread you speak of

So your saying if i put this on using the stock gasket (off what year range .... 98-02 or 95-97???)
i wont have problems with fitment or blockage ...?

i dont actually have the downpipe for this ..... which sucks but for the cost of what i forked out for it .... it was still a steal

correct me if im wrong but my only O2 sensor is located after the cat so i dont have to worry about extension plugs

RE-use the gasket on your car now

the primary o2 is in the stock manifold , and you have to extend the wires for the o2 , pacesetter moves the o2 into the extension a couple inches from the connection from the header to the extension

so it just came to me that i had a new header gasket ... so i put it on and it looks pretty good ..... obviously the header in-dia is larger then the gasket in-dia
i dont think that shoudl cause any problems ...... but here are the pics none the less
