Ok, I just ordered my header and need to find out where you get the gasket for it. I know the paper one that comes with it is basically trash. Where did you guys get a better gasket?
"You can only feed them semen for so long before their legs fall off."
like 12 bucks at the dealer....or if ur stock isnt rusted and cracked reuse it its a crush style, so aslong as its not crushed all the way you should be fine....
I used the one that came with the Pacesetter header... I replaced it 2 days later because of the leaks. It blew out the pass side of the gasket within 100 miles. $12.46 at the dealer for a brand new OEM one. Save yourself the time and trouble and replace it.
Reuse your stock one. I have never replaced the stock gasket opn many cars I have put a header on and never had a issue.

I have the one that came with the header on my car.... it's been on there for over a year and a half... and I havn't had any problems..... although some do.
I dont know about you guys, but the gasket that came with my header from them was a nice copper one and it has held up great.... you guys got paper? wierd
It's not really paper per say.... it's more of a thicker composite material.... It's yellow and feels kind of like cardboard they make soda cases out of but 4 times as thick,.
...
oh wierd, why did i get a copper one? lol oh well makes me happy then, when did you buy yours? maybe they got som many complaints they switched to a better material?
