I am building a 2004 cavy with ecotech/5spd for dirt track racing. I always send my computers to Wait4me performance to have them tuned but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do that was cheap to help me out with soem power. I usually build cars with 2200's in them and this is my first ecotech. I was wondering if someone could tell me what I should use for exhaust on it too. On my 2200's i run 2" from the manifold to about where the factory cat is and then run 2 1/4" the rest of the way with no cat or muffler. I was thinking of doing this same thing but using 2 1/4" from the manifold then going to 2 1/2". Any ideas?
cams? intake? p&p the head?
