Im in the middle of installing my turbo setup and putting on the 2.3 HO mani, 2.3 TB, but am trying to modify the 2.4 Bracket to work since ive seen its been done by several people. I was wondering if anyone would post how they did it and any pics if they had them so maybe itll click and I can attach the Throttle Cable lol.
We made the hole bigger on the bracket so it fits but its like the Throttle cable is too short, but we didnt bolt the bottom bracket and it stays in place, just doesnt reach, so maybe I should take a different approach, anything free would be nice, so im hoping to mod this bracket instead of picking up a 2.3, lemme know if you have any info on this. Thanks !

*edit* lol ok I just read you want to modify the
2.4 bracket... Derrr.. Sorry.. I think you should just grab a 2.3 one and just bolt it on and go.
Jeff here ya go.. Man I can not remember which car I got this off of.. Its been 2 years thats why lol.. But I didnt mod it to fit.. The only thing I modded was the butterfly on the TB. I took that off and spun it around so the throttle cable would funtion correctly..
Hope you can hit the yard up and look at some 2.3's and grab this TB bracket.

David, didn't I give that 2.3 bracket off a 95...to you? Or was it just a 2.3 TB, and you sent back what you didn't need?
If not I'm sure I still have a 95 2.3 bracket sitting at the moms.

Mike yea it was just the TB that you gave to me,, But I didnt work with it for some reason lol.. I actually pulled that TB bracket off at the yard, along with 2 other styles because I wasnt sure what would fit.. That one bolted right up.
