eagle h beam rod bolt torque specs

anyone know the rod bolt toruqe specs? i called eagle yesterday and they told me 37 ft lbs but i accidentally told them it had a 5/16ths head on the bolt instead of 7/16ths. and i noticed on the spec sheet it has 2 or 3 different specs for the same size head but different part numbers for them since its saterday they are closed!
