If anything, just buy some spark plug nonfoulers, make sure they are the same thread, machine one out, if necissary, to fit the O2. Install them together with the O2, and you will no longer have CELs for the secondary O2! I had this settup on my cat-less Sunfire, and never saw a CEL pop up, and it would pass emissions, if I ever lived in an area that did emissions.

I miss my Sunfire, I want it back!

what do you mean? you put it after the cat. Any muffler shop will weld a bung in for you

you buy a magnaflow cat that has the bung pre-installed, go worry free from there

The cat i got does not have a spot to put the O2 sensor in is possible to just cut out a hole and shove it in?

drill a hole and weld a bolt that fits the thread pattern of the sensor over the hole and bang instant sensor location.

ummmmm.....NO
the O2 does not have to be in the cat. Take it to an exhaust shop.
