i want to make solid mounts for my car. i know how, i was just wondering if anyones done this before. this is for a track car, not a road car, so driving comfort isnt a big deal. what should i do, what shouldn't i do..... yeah. any input in the solid mount idea is appreciated.
and in case anyone wants to know, im doing this because i need to fabricate a mount in order to run the VUE f23 tranny

Get all the parts you need in a pile, and drive the car into it.
They will find their way into the correct places.
most people dont fabricate there own most just purchase from companys like ttr and call it a day
i figured as long as i was making the one for the vue tranny (nobody sells what i need) i might as well make my own. plus i can make em free

why the vue trans? I'm just curious..
if you know how to make them, then.. make them isn't much to it. cut and drill holes. just do ALL the mounts, not just one of them.
solid mounts are usually used for cars making tons of power, to the point that not even poly can keep them in line.
I have solid mounts .
